Mandate 

To assist Bigstone Cree Nation Directors and Managers with managing their human resources by providing advice and services in the areas of staffing, classification, staff relations, human resources planning, training, special programs, employment appreciation, employee assistance, policy development - recommendation, implementation and interpretation, Administration Office door - key management and generally working within the parameters of BCN Policy and Procedures, Canada and Alberta Labor Laws, Canadian Human Rights legislation and other employment-related acts and regulations.
